24" x 36"

The name of the quilt is "Lady Liberty" and it is my original design. It was entered in a contest of the DAR and won first place in TX and Honorable Mention at district. "Lady" also won first place at the Texas State Fair and is on display at my bank in Allen. The size is 24" by 36". The red and white stripes represent the thirteen original thirteen colonies, also the thirteen gold stars. The Statue of Liberty is done by needle-turned applique, consisting of 44 pieces.
