Carol Crago opened up her wonderful quilt shop on December 1, 1999 and has celebrated her fourth birthday! Specializing in the primitive traditional look - lots of plaids, brushed cottons and deep rich colors, the shop is a Jan Patek Girl Gang Shop. And, of course, if any of that looks/sounds familiar when you look at my quilts, you will realize that having this wonderful shop at my finger tips has been instrumental in the finished product called Primitive Pieces by Lynda.

Carol encouraged me from the very beginning to start my pattern company and was the very first person to sell my line of patterns in her shop. She has seen them evolve over this three-year period and has always been there for me. I’m so very grateful for her belief in my designs, and me and I’m happy to also call her my friend.

Sue is Carol’s right hand woman at the shop. And, of course, the shops two lab’s – Howie and Zack, will be on hand to greet you.

Many of you have asked about kits for my patterns. Since most of the fabric I buy is from this, my local quilt shop, give them a call. They know what I like, what I use, and have had lots of experience in making kits for my patterns.

A girl gang shop, Carol offers an array of wonderful fabrics for primitive lovers all over the world. When you are down visiting Mickey’s House (Walt Disney World-Orlando) this is a must see shop. You will always be welcomed!

The shop can be found at:
